    After the team has been over to see the space, gather all requests, and provide a detailed estimate with price then it is time to accept the estimate and get on the cleaning schedule.

    Last step after accepting estimate is to schedule your first cleaning!

Residential Cleaning

MAW works with clients in the Wilmington, Leland, and surrounding areas to help keep their personal homes clean.

Short-Term Rentals and Vacation

MAW specializes in AirBnB, VRBO, and we have a partnership with EVOLVE property management to service Wilmington and some of the surrounding areas.

Carolina Beach NC is the only beach we are servicing at this time.

Move Out Cleaning

Planning to move? Moving itself is a task so we provide a move out cleaning service that takes that daunting task off your list.
